Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on rental equipment and tools, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including completion of work orders in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate equipment to customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist with equipment pick-up and delivery, as well as parts management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- 1-2 years of experience in repairing and maintaining vehicles and equipment, or trade school graduate.
- Must own necessary tools for the position.
- Basic understanding of schematics and diagrams.
- Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds frequently.
