Customer Support Liaison

At Omni Interactions, we are seeking a Customer Support Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will interact with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat or email, assisting them with all their needs.
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care. You will work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible and remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, or email
- Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues they may be experiencing
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year
