Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our service team, you will:

  • Receive service requests from our Service Resource Center, including initial details regarding equipment or system issues.
  • Engage with customer representatives to identify and understand equipment or system malfunctions.
  • Conduct service and repairs on various sprinkler systems used in commercial and industrial settings, including:
    • Wet systems (steel, copper, and CPVC)
    • Dry systems
    • Pre-action systems
    • Deluge systems
    • Fire pumps
  • Utilize your expertise to diagnose and resolve equipment issues effectively.
  • Interpret blueprints, diagrams, specifications, and operational manuals to facilitate repairs.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of documented experience in the fire sprinkler industry, specifically in service and repair of sprinkler and suppression systems.
  • The ability to maintain truck inventory to ensure prompt responses to customer requirements.
  • Physical capability to perform labor-intensive tasks, including lifting and moving equipment and tools weighing up to 70 lbs.
  • Comfort in working in challenging positions, such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and using high lift equipment up to 60 feet, as well as navigating through ducts, crawl spaces, and above ceilings.
