Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in formulating an effective repair strategy for each vehicle.
  • Generate estimates in line with company policies and insurance partner requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to a timely schedule throughout the repair process.
  • Communicate any necessary adjustments to customers and insurance representatives promptly.
  • Oversee the repair process from start to finish, addressing any issues that may arise and keeping the owner informed.
  • Engage with management to discuss new industry practices and technologies.
  • Follow up to ensure all Accounts Receivable are up to date.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong customer service skills.
