Unit Description: Our unit specializes in the care of adult patients, focusing on both chronic ventilator management and peritoneal dialysis. We pride ourselves on being the only unit in our healthcare system that offers these specialized services, along with comprehensive care for patients facing respiratory challenges and infectious diseases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and effective patient care tailored to individual needs.
- Serve as a resource and support for patients and their families, ensuring they receive the necessary guidance throughout their care journey.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an Associate's degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Less than one year of nursing experience is preferred.
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Maryland.
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
