Job Description

Medicorp, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Neurosurgeon to join our team at the Brain and Spine Institute in Illinois. This is an exciting opportunity for a Neurosurgeon to focus on surgery patients, with the support of Neuro-trained Neuro Critical Care Physicians who take primary call 24/7 for all Neurosciences.

Key Highlights:
  • 2.5 days in the clinic
  • Stealth equipment with attachments
  • 50% out migration
  • Large referral base and growth potential
  • Group currently has 2 APPs and 2 Pain APPs
  • 7-10 days of call per month
Qualifications:
  • Completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited Residency training program in Neurological Surgery
  • Current certification in Neurological Surgery by the American Board of Neurological Surgery or in Neurological Surgery by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery or its equivalent
  • Board certification must be achieved within five years of being admissible to take the exam
  • Clinical Experience (Initial): Applicant must provide documentation of provision of neurological surgery services (50 cases) representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the last 12 months
