About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master - Agile Coach to join our team at Smart IMS. As a Scrum Master - Agile Coach, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum Master meetings, maintaining team dynamics, and helping teams and vendors with release planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitation of Scrum Master Meetings: Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning meetings, sprint review meetings, and sprint retrospective meetings.
- Maintaining Team Dynamics: Coach team members, mediate through impediments and conflicts, identify outstanding project and product decisions impacting team delivery, foster the assigned team's self-organization, and support team, project, and organization goals with project leaders and product owners.
- Help in Product Related Activities: Help teams and vendors with release planning, be familiar with the team (i.e., the product), and support the big picture by bringing people together who should meet and support each other, keeping in touch with every stakeholder regularly, and helping the team report to management.
- Expertise and/or Relevant Experience: Five (5) years minimum experience working in the Scrum Master role is mandatory. Familiarity with JIRA and Agile development (Scrum Methodology) is desirable but not mandatory.
