You will collaborate with a skilled team, gaining insights and mentorship while contributing to essential financial operations. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining financial records, account reconciliation, reporting, annual audits, budget formulation, and engaging in special initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure precise processing of accounts payable, cash receipts, bank reconciliations, and cash management.
  • Collaborate on special initiatives, including archiving financial documents, managing budgets, preparing for audits, and handling tax submissions.
  • Contribute to our growth trajectory.
  • Engage with a diverse group of employees and clients.

Qualifications for Success:

To thrive in this role, you should possess excellent communication abilities, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork. Additionally, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Some accounting experience is beneficial but not mandatory (internships are considered).
  • Familiarity with healthcare and/or non-profit sectors is advantageous.
  • Experience collaborating with leaders across various fields.
  • Strong presentation capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • The ability to adapt in a dynamic environment with a growth-oriented mindset.
