We are seeking a skilled Golf Club Fitter to join our team at PGA TOUR Superstore. As a Golf Club Fitter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Seek out and engage customers throughout the Hard Goods areas, including Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, and Accessories.
- Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to pass on to customers by learning about new technologies, products, and services.
- Execute a Club Comparison to assist customers in judging performance differences between select clubs.
- Follow golf Club Fitting Protocol to provide an accurate and efficient golf club fitting process.
- Operate Simulator and Launch Monitor technologies while using fitting tools and components to provide fitting information valuable to the customer's decision-making process.
- Make equipment recommendations tailored to the customer's needs.
- Minimum 2 years of golf retail sales experience.
- Minimum 1 year of golf fitting experience, preferred.
- Basic golf industry, product knowledge, and club fitting principles.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and lift a 30 lb. box overhead.
- Flexibility to work a varied retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- GED or high school diploma.
