Accounting Clerk Job Description

Oaks Integrated Care is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and providing support to our accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile petty cash and ensure proper signatures
  • Prepare journal entries for petty cash line items
  • Enter cash and checks on deposit cover sheets
  • Setup new debit cards and accounts
  • Prepare and post cash receipts daily

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years bookkeeping experience
  • Detail-oriented with excellent computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Non-profit experience preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
