The Information Technology Trainee is responsible for delivering technical support and coordination to users of information systems. This role includes assessing user needs, setting up and installing end-user computing devices, evaluating software applications, preparing documentation, and troubleshooting technical challenges while resolving hardware and software issues.


Required Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in a technology-related discipline or currently pursuing such a degree is preferred.
