Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations on assigned projects, ensuring adherence to company policies and expectations for safety, integrity, and excellence.

About the Role
  • Responsible for managing daily/weekly schedules, construction operations, and overseeing field personnel, budget.
  • Pre-plans work activities with Project Manager to develop best means and methods, including safety action plans.

This is a full-time position that requires at least 10 years of experience as a Construction superintendent, with a strong background in heavy civil construction. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership and communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee grading, drainage, paving, milling, and other miscellaneous construction activities.
  • Provide leadership and direction to construction personnel.
  • Take an active role in emphasizing safety, quality, and production, leading by example.
  • Coordinate equipment and crews and other job-related activities to maximize efficiency.
  • Develop and train Foremen, Heavy Equipment Operators, and Laborers.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years experience with Mission Critical Work.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, and a company-matched 401K plan.
