Job DescriptionBest Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled Case Manager Lead to serve as a liaison with other service staff. This role is ideal for a Case Manager with 2-3 years of experience looking to advance their career and take on supervisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, coordinate, and monitor evaluations to identify client needs in areas such as living arrangements, financial issues, benefit status, legal status, physical/psychiatric health, activities of daily living, vocational/educational, social supports, leisure, and recreation.
  • Act as an advocate for clients and coordinate programs of support throughout the community to benefit individuals with mental illness.
  • Provide crisis intervention services as needed to reduce symptoms.
  • Accompany clients to appointments, community events, and outings.
  • Work with clients to reduce behavioral health symptoms.
  • Monitor school and home environments when necessary.
  • Complete required documentation capturing client activities, goals, and progress.
  • Recruit clients and staff.
  • Manage intake processes.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma required (verified)
  • Associate degree in social services or related field preferred
  • 2-3 years of related mental health, social service, or working with youth experience
  • Driver's License, Insurance, and car required
  • Must pass background check.
