Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultations and Skin Analysis:

Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to evaluate their skincare concerns, aspirations, and preferences.

Perform in-depth skin assessments to determine skin type, conditions, and potential issues, utilizing tools such as magnifying lamps and skin analysis equipment.

Customized Treatment Planning:

Design personalized skincare treatment plans tailored to each client's distinct needs, concerns, and budget.

Advise on suitable skincare products, treatments, and homecare routines to address specific skin issues and achieve desired outcomes.

Facial Treatments:

Administer a variety of facial treatments, including cleansing, hydro-facials, exfoliation, extraction, masks, serums, and moisturizers, using professional-grade skincare products.

Deliver specialized facial treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, dermaplaning, and LED therapy, as appropriate for clients' skincare objectives.

Laser Hair Removal Services:

Provide comprehensive laser hair removal services, employing safe and effective techniques to minimize discomfort and irritation.

Skincare Education and Product Recommendations:

Educate clients on proper skincare practices, including cleansing, moisturizing, sun protection, and lifestyle factors that influence skin health.

Recommend skincare products and homecare routines tailored to clients' skin types, concerns, and treatment outcomes.

Sanitation and Safety Protocols:

Adhere to rigorous sanitation and hygiene standards, including proper disinfection of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools between clients.

Follow established safety protocols and guidelines to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, allergic reactions, and skin infections.

Client Relationship Management:

Foster strong relationships with clients through attentive service, personalized care, and effective communication.

Maintain detailed client records, including treatment histories, product recommendations, and follow-up notes, utilizing electronic scheduling and record-keeping systems.

Professional Development and Continuing Education:

Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in skincare, esthetics, and the beauty industry through ongoing training, workshops, and professional development opportunities.

Pursue advanced certifications or specialized training in areas such as advanced skincare treatments, medical esthetics, or holistic wellness modalities.

Requirements

Current Esthetician license issued by the Ohio State Cosmetology Board.

A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Licensed Esthetician in a spa, salon, or skincare clinic setting.

Proficiency in performing a wide range of advanced skincare treatments and facial treatments, including cleansing, hydro-facials, exfoliation, extraction, masks, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, dermaplaning, and LED therapy.

A strong understanding of skincare science, ingredients, and product formulations, with the ability to recommend appropriate products and treatments for various skin types and conditions.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively to clients' concerns, explain treatment options clearly, and provide skincare advice and recommendations.
