Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a skilled and dedicated travel nurse RN to join our team for a 13-week assignment in the Cardiovascular Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) at a prestigious facility in Columbus, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to regulatory requirements and facility standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent required; Master's degree preferred.
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) or cardiovascular ICU setting.
- Active RN licensure in the state of Ohio; compact license accepted.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull equipment, and stand for long periods.
