Job Summary:The Patient Care Associate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, supporting nursing staff, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including vital sign measurements, medication administration, and basic wound care.
- Support nursing staff with tasks such as transferring patients, lifting equipment, and assisting with procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hospital infection control policies.
**Salary:** $38,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
Requirements:- CNA certification or equivalent required.
- Active Medical Assistant associates degree (diploma considered) or enrolled in an approved nursing program.
- BLS certification required.
This position requires physical abilities testing.
