At Ditch Witch West, we are seeking a skilled Field Technician/Mechanic to join our team in Shasta Lake, CA. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing heavy trenching and construction equipment at customer locations.

About the Role:

  • Travel throughout the area in a fully loaded Pape' service vehicle to ensure that customer equipment is running in peak form and maximizing uptime.
  • Perform top-notch work on equipment, interact with customers, and provide exceptional service.

Requirements:

  • 3 or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing heavy construction equipment.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work under little or no supervision.
  • Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
  • Driver's license with a good driving record. CDL preferred.
  • Must provide own tools.
