Job Summary

The Overnight Supervisor is a key member of our retail team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store during overnight hours. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily direction to the Outfitters on the overnight shift, including sales floor replenishment, merchandise presentation, and inventory management.
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and processes, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Maintain visual presentation standards, including in-store signage and merchandise recovery.
  • Support inventory management, including on-demand counts and pick requests.
  • Assist the Management team with coordination of special events and maintenance of pricing and UPC integrity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including interviewing, training, and coaching associates.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-4 years of retail experience, with a focus on leadership and operations.
  • Availability to work overnight shifts.
