Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Host to join our team at Food People Restaurant Group. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Welcome and Seating
    • Welcome guests as they arrive and ensure they are seated promptly and efficiently.
    • Manage the guest reservation system, including taking reservations and handling cancellations or modifications.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
    • Display a friendly and outgoing demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Additional Duties
    • Perform additional duties as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience
    • Previous experience as a host or in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Qualifications
    • Must be 18 years of age.
    • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
