Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA to join our team at Visiting Angels in Anniston. As a Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals in need. Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help clients with mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, with assistance from clients when needed
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and cleaning
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Report any unusual incidents or changes in client condition
Requirements
  • Passion for serving others and providing quality care
  • Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid
  • Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
  • Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
  • Respectful and compassionate attitude
  • Good time management skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
