We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Mixology Specialist to join our team at Denver Milk Market. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.

• Drink Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers, adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
• Cash Handling and Operations: Ring guest checks, collect cash, and process credits and room charges accurately and efficiently.
• Inventory Management: Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Regulatory Compliance: Familiarize yourself with and comply with state liquor laws and regulations.
• Bar Maintenance: Ensure established pars are maintained, and perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules.

• Education and Training: Bartending training and certification, TIPS Certified.
• Experience: 6 months of bartending experience.
• Knowledge and Skills: Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Lifting and Carrying: Lift trays, dish racks, glass racks, etc. (up to 25 lbs.), push carts, Queen Marys, hotbox, portable bar (up to 50 lbs.), and carry trays, dish racks, glass racks, etc. (up to 25 lbs.).
• Bending and Kneeling: Ability to bend to lower level cabinets and lift trays.
• Mobility: Maneuver in narrow areas and between seated guests.
• Continuous Standing: Continuous standing required to service guest functions; 100% of the time scheduled.
• Climbing: Climbing approximately 12 steps 20% of 8 hours.
• Other Requirements: Must be able to ruse records and all special requests, perform multiple tasks at one time, follow verbal and written instruction in English, and communicate both verbally and in writing.
