Walmart is seeking an Independent Optometrist to lease space in our stores. As an Independent Optometrist, you will have the autonomy to establish your days of practice, hours of operation, patient schedule, and fee schedule. You will also have the opportunity to opt into equipment, instrumentation, administrative, and/or Opt-Tech support services for a fair market value.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
  • Valid state optometry license
  • Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school
  • Valid state ophthalmology license
  • General Liability Certificate
  • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
