Job Title: IT/IS Systems Analyst

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled IT/IS Systems Analyst to join our team at TalentBurst. As an IT/IS Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, enhancing, and supporting business processes that span multiple computing environments, primarily in the Linux/Oracle area of IT.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop an in-depth understanding of business processes and a general understanding of the aluminum manufacturing business.
* Take initiative to identify and implement system and/or process improvements in your area of support.
* Interact with systems analysts and business process owners and local user experts.
* Effectively utilize project methodology and tools to deliver solutions and communicate status.
* Operate within and influence IS standards and conventions and promote adherence within the IS organization.

**Requirements:**

* Advanced knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and operations.
* Proficiency with database query tools (SQL Developer and/or SSMS).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
* Strong communication and relationship skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers, other analysts, and management.
* Solid understanding of systems analysis, design, and programming techniques.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Experienced translating business requirements into system functional requirements.
* Experience working with Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing systems.
