General Manager

We're looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager at Domino's Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

• Manage store operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and customer relations
• Lead and develop a team of employees, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service
• Implement company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth

• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
