At Ryder, we are seeking a dedicated Solo Class A CDL Driver to join our team in Temple, TX. As a Solo Driver, you will be responsible for delivering auto parts within a 300-mile radius, operating a Day Cab tractor with a Dry Van 53 trailer. You will be paid a weekly guarantee of $1205, with opportunities to earn more through solo miles, stops, and drop/hook pay. Additionally, you will be eligible for a shutdown bonus, sign-on bonus, and safety bonus.

Responsibilities:
Ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules
Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards
Maintaining accurate records and logs
Loading/unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
Performing other duties as assigned

Benefits:
Uniforms and boot allowance provided
Paid personal time off starts at 30 days

Requirements:
Minimum 21 years of age
Pass a Ryder drug test

Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle: 9 months experience within the past 3 years, 2 years experience within the last 5 years, or 5 years experience within the last 10 years
Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and/or procedures

Additional requirements may be required in different locations and/or accounts.
