Job Description

**Job Title:** Technology Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Specialist to join our team at CANPACK Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and preparing production/technological process documentation, specifying product updates, and designing technological processes/drawings of parts using AutoCAD.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Designing and preparing production/technological process documentation
  • Specifying product updates
  • Designing technological processes/drawings of parts using AutoCAD
  • Preparing technical documentation for regeneration of stamping tooling
  • Cooperating with Tooling and Chemical Sections for better efficiency of the production line and lower raw material consumption
  • Supervising and updating technical/process documentation of machines and devices
  • Planning and supervision over the implementation of review works/raw materials/technology
  • Support and supervision in the process of removing faults and failures
  • Care for maintaining a good technical condition of production lines (stamping and ceramic tooling) and for completing the process
  • Responsible for technological process control (process water, wastewater parameters)
  • Responsible for analyzing and statistical control of raw material consumption (aluminum, lacquers, stamping and ironing tools, paints, printing plates, water, chemicals, etc.)

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Task-oriented and strong time management skills
  • Experience in lean manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, or other lean training
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, facilitator, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products to include Word, Excel, Outlook
