Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
  • Manage front desk activities, including answering phones and checking-in members
  • Conduct facility tours for prospective members
  • Ensure gym systems and processes are followed
  • Enforce facility rules and regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
