Cleaner Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cleaner Specialist to join our team at UnityPoint Health in Moline, IL. This is a full-time opening with various shifts available.

The Cleaner Specialist will be responsible for performing routine cleaning tasks, including daily patient room cleaning, transfer and discharge cleaning, and precaution room cleaning. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be able to lift heavy objects.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping public and private areas.
• Use ladders to clean light fixtures, vents, and change cubicle curtains.
• Operate walk behind or riding floor scrubber.

To be successful in this role, you must be 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and have excellent physical stamina. You will also need to be able to work well under pressure and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
