Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Advanced Dental Specialists in Bayshore, Wisconsin. As a key member of our patient care team, you will provide exceptional clinical care and patient advocacy, working closely with our doctors to deliver the highest quality dental services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, including cleanings, exams, and patient education
  • Collaborate with our doctors to develop personalized treatment plans and ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Current dental hygienist license in Wisconsin
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening
  • CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous clinical experience in a dental setting
  • Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet patient needs

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
