Senior Estimator

Marous Brothers Construction, a leading construction firm in the Midwest, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a critical role in the preconstruction process, overseeing estimating activities and ensuring accurate and timely project estimates.

• Organize and oversee estimating activities for specific projects, including preconstruction activities.
• Compile complete estimates for assigned projects, working closely with the Director of Pre-Construction.
• Cultivate relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients, and mentor/coach junior estimators.
• Supervise estimators and provide guidance on estimating procedures and best practices.
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring consistent communication on project updates and budget changes.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 10 years of estimating experience in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of building codes, laws, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, including task and time management, negotiating, quality management, and project scope management.
• Experience with On-Screen and Timberline software is a plus.
