We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Officer to join our team at a Bio Lab in Cambridge, MA. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the facility and its occupants.

Job Summary:

The Security Officer will act as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions, detect and report suspicious, unsafe or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts, and provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide security services to the Bio Lab in Cambridge, MA
  • Monitor and respond to security alarms and incidents
  • Conduct regular patrols of the facility and surrounding areas
  • Investigate and report incidents and accidents
  • Provide customer service to clients and guests
  • Work collaboratively with other security personnel and facility staff
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required for driving positions
