Job Title: EVS Director

Compass One Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced EVS Director to lead our Housekeeping Department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing and leading all aspects of the operational needs of the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement departmental budgets and financial plans
  • Coordinate housekeeping activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Establish and maintain high standards of quality and customer service
  • Lead and develop a team of housekeeping staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with administration and other hospital departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
Requirements:
  • Four-year college degree and equal related experience required
  • Five years of housekeeping management experience at a healthcare account required
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial and other data
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet established criteria
