About the Role

USA DeBusk, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Catalyst Operations Specialist. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in industrial cleaning and mechanical maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform vacuuming and loading of catalysts and other materials in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Dismantle and install reactor hardware items, and clean and maintain reactors and other equipment.
  • Take samples of catalysts and other materials, and video-tape areas of concern.
  • Assist in the removal and replacement of equipment and materials from reactors.
  • Set up and dismantle unloading and reloading equipment, and perform maintenance on various pieces of equipment.
  • Provide ground support during fieldwork, and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Assist in the operation of equipment and power tools, and inspect equipment and work areas for safety hazards.
  • Report incidents and accidents to supervisors, and promote safety through personal actions and work habits.
  • Perform hazard recognition awareness, and comply with company and government regulations.
  • Develop a working knowledge of equipment used in the role, and complete paperwork associated with work performed.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the industrial cleaning industry.
  • TWIC card or ability to obtain one.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, and basic mechanical ability and knowledge of tools.
  • Basic safety training skills, and ability to work in enclosed spaces.
  • Basic communication skills, and ability to pass medical clearance and background checks.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, and stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • Ability to climb, balance, bend, and kneel, and work at heights.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces, and wear personal protective equipment.
Work Environment

This role will involve working in heavy industrial settings, including chemical plants and refineries. The work environment will be physically demanding, with sustained effort, climbing, and exposure to dust and other hazards.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, and completion of safety training courses.
  • 1 year of experience in the petrochemical industry, and 5 years of experience in catalyst work preferred.
