Job Title: Schools Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) to join our team at ProCare Therapy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and experience working with school-aged children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals based on students' needs and IEP requirements.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication development and academic success.
  • Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and other multidisciplinary team meetings as required.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active New York SLP license (TSSH/TSSLD).
  • Experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
