About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Sickies Garage Burgers & Brews. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for maintaining guest satisfaction, coaching and developing team members, and working with fellow managers to achieve weekly budget goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Train and develop new team members, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.
  • Maintain staffing levels, ensuring that we have the right people in the right places at the right time.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our team members.
  • Conduct weekly inventories and schedules, ensuring that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and fun work environment, ensuring that our restaurant is a great place to work and visit.
  • Resolve guest issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our guests leave feeling satisfied and valued.
  • Communicate regularly with fellow managers and the General Manager, ensuring that we are all working together to achieve our goals.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
