Position Details
  • Job Title: PCU/IMC RN
  • Location: Irving, TX
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Shift: 7p-7a
  • Salary: $32-$53/hour (depending on experience)
Responsibilities

As a PCU/IMC RN, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing patient care needs and developing effective treatment plans
  • Collaborating with doctors and staff to diagnose and develop treatment plans
  • Completing paperwork and patient charting
  • Managing multiple cases simultaneously and prioritizing needs continually
  • Using strategies and available resources for problem-solving for patients, family, and staff
  • Delegating tasks and care to appropriate staff and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Facilitating learning for patients and families, nursing staff, and other members of the healthcare team
  • Preserving and protecting patient confidentiality, autonomy, dignity, and rights

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 1+ year(s) of PCU/IMC RN experience
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred
  • Unencumbered Texas or Compact RN license
  • Nicotine-free
  • BLS required
