Job Overview

We are in search of a committed Quality Assurance Specialist to enhance our operational excellence. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of both finished and in-process products utilizing precision instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Your duties will include performing initial inspections at the start of production runs, meticulously documenting findings, and entering data into our systems. Additionally, you will carry out regular audits to uphold our stringent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections using calipers and micrometers.
  • Perform first piece inspections at the commencement of machine operations.
  • Record and input inspection data accurately.
  • Execute audits to ensure compliance with quality benchmarks.
Essential Skills
  • Experience with calipers and micrometers.
  • Fundamental mathematical skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Data entry capabilities.
Work Schedule

Shifts available:

  • 1st shift: 6:55 AM - 3:00 PM
  • 2nd shift: 2:55 PM - 11:00 PM
  • 3rd shift: Sunday to Thursday, 10:55 PM - 7:00 AM
