Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify medical needs and develop personalized care plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to inform treatment decisions
- Prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments as needed
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Excellent IV skills and strong computer proficiency
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience with background in infusion therapy
