Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis and interpretation of current data and contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Develop and modify key internal documents to support contract management and administration.
  • Process security service requests from clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Review and evaluate changes in service, work scope, contract extensions, and prepare related communication with clients.
  • Prepare periodic contract review documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Develop budgets for clients to ensure effective financial management.
  • Serve as a liaison to communicate changes with internal staff regarding contract issues.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal clients to recommend innovative solutions to contract issues.
  • Prepare payroll and billing instructions throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Provide support in government or commercial reporting as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding subcontractors, preparing agreement and invoice instructions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Administration, or related fields or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A strong sense of urgency and meeting deadlines.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel and Word skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team.
  • SalesForce and/or CRM experience is required.
