Job Overview

The Occupational Therapist will hold a pivotal role within our team, actively identifying students in need of physical therapy interventions through thorough screenings and evaluations. They will assess and treat individual children, focusing on enhancing their performance skills and developmental progress.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement effective treatment programs tailored to each student's individual educational plan.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide consultation and advisory services as required.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on assessment data.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for each child served or assessed.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Georgia license or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles, techniques, and modalities.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and across various settings is preferred but not required.
