Job Summary

RATP Dev USA is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing cleaning, fueling, and light maintenance duties to ensure the upkeep of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Wash and clean vehicles, equipment, and facilities using steam cleaners, brushes, hoses, soap, and water.
  • Interior Cleaning: Clean the interior of vehicles using brooms, mops, rags, and cleaning products as needed.
  • Lost and Found: Collect and document lost and found items, affixing tags and turning them over to the Maintenance Manager for secure storage.
  • Assistance and Support: Assist mechanical staff as needed, maintain a clean and orderly work area, and follow all safety practices.
  • Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as directed by the Maintenance Manager or Designee.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be available to work Sunday through Saturday, all hours of operation, and holidays.
  • Communication: Must have an operational telephone at the time of employment and maintain throughout the period of employment.
Special Requirements
  • Drug and Alcohol Testing: Must successfully pass pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion, and post-accident drug and alcohol tests.
Qualifications
  • Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to two years of related experience and/or training.
  • License: Must possess a valid Indiana Driver's License with a good driving record.
  • Certifications: Must obtain certificates in Fire Extinguisher Safety, CPR, Bloodborne Pathogens, First Aid, and CPR and Safety Training.
