As a key member of our Highway and bridge projects, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction processes meet SHA standards and specifications.

With a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, this is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a minimum of two years of MDOT, Highway, or related transportation construction experience. A GED or high school diploma is required, while a degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Travel across various types of terrain and adaptability to changing situations are essential qualities for success in this role.
