Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal counsel on premarital agreements and diverse family planning options, including adoption, co-parenting arrangements, surrogacy, and assisted reproductive technologies.
  • Represent and support clients in custody disputes, child support negotiations, alimony considerations, and property division, ensuring their rights are safeguarded during intricate family transitions.
  • Collaborate with attorneys specializing in business, real estate, and estate planning to negotiate or litigate premarital and marital settlement agreements concerning asset distribution.
  • Establish guardianships for clients when a family member is unable to care for themselves due to age or other circumstances.
  • Offer comprehensive legal assistance in matters involving personal safety, including the procurement of protective orders.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.
  • Proven experience in family law, with a robust background in premarital agreements, divorce proceedings, child custody, and asset division.
  • Ability to manage complex family law cases with unique challenges, including international issues.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for addressing sensitive and emotional situations with professionalism and compassion.
