Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, meal service, feeding, ambulation, turning, and positioning.
2. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for all residents.
3. Complete necessary documentation and reports promptly.
4. Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations while performing duties.
5. Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Basic computer skills are necessary.
- Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not mandatory.
