About the Role

Akraya Inc. is seeking a dedicated Electrical/Computer/Robotics Engineer to join our team as an Electrical Test Engineer. This role involves the development of electrical test equipment and programming for acceptance testing, documenting procedures, and supporting product enhancement and manufacturability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement electrical test equipment and respective programming for robotic systems.
  • Document all test procedures, specifications, and acceptance criteria for products.
  • Design training plans for test operators and write automation scripts.
  • Propose design changes to enhance product manufacturability and testability.
  • Evaluate and approve product electrical Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in electrical/computer/robotics engineering or equivalent.
  • 5+ years related work experience, in environments that are fast paced and require multitasking.
  • Experience developing & maintaining Automated Test Systems using LabVIEW/TestStand, Python, Linux shell scripts or equivalent tools.
  • Experience with bench-top electrical debug tools as well as electrical design of test circuitry.
