Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate high proficiency in structural design, both as part of a project team and independently, while coordinating with other disciplines to achieve effective design solutions.
- Exhibit strong knowledge of structural engineering design solutions for buildings and structures, aligning with project objectives and design criteria.
- Effectively interact and communicate with design team members.
- Deliver complete and accurate structural designs, preparing structural drawings and details on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s quality control program.
- Review and check the work of others as assigned.
- Evaluate construction shop drawings and submittals.
- Certify engineering design documents as required.
- Engage with clients, prepare proposals, and support business development efforts.
- Employ creative problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
- Manage multiple project assignments, ensuring timely execution within budget constraints.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding and capability to design structural steel, concrete, wood/timber, and masonry components and framing systems.
- Familiarity with IBC, AISC, and ACI Building Codes.

Professional Registration:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license; Structural Engineer (SE) preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in computer-aided structural analysis/design software such as RISA 3D, Tekla Fastrak, and TEDDS.
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
