Position Overview

Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)

Eugene Therapy Oregon Counseling is in search of licensed clinical psychologists (PsyD or PhD) for both full-time and part-time roles. Our clinicians benefit from flexible scheduling options within a hybrid work model.

Compensation Details:

  • Annual salary range: $97,000 to $173,200
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • Compensation factors include: education, professional experience, licensure/certifications, and scheduled clinical hours

Qualifications:

  • Must possess an independent psychologist license in Oregon
  • Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or a related discipline
  • Experience in delivering psychotherapy services
  • Proficient in computer and technology applications
  • Demonstrated history of professional growth
  • Self-driven with the ability to establish rapport with clients

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Competence in clinical presentations
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, couples, families, and in health psychology
