INTEGRIS Health is looking for a skilled CT Technologist to join our dedicated team.

Position Overview

The CT Technologist plays a crucial role in our Diagnostic Radiology department, performing various CT examinations and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct all CT imaging procedures, including diagnostic and interventional techniques.
  • Operate advanced computed tomography equipment with precision.
  • Maintain patient safety and comfort during imaging processes.
  • Adhere to established protocols and National Patient Safety Goals.
Qualifications
  • Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists is required.
  • CT certification must be obtained within the first year of employment.
  • Current CPR certification is necessary within the first 90 days.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Position and transfer patients safely and efficiently.
  • Utilize automatic processing for film development.
  • Assist in the calibration and quality control of imaging equipment.
  • Administer radiographic contrast as per physician directives.
  • Evaluate the need for radiologist consultation regarding contrast media.
  • Prepare for IV insertion for CT scans, ensuring proper aseptic technique.

This role reports to the CT Lead Technologist and/or Radiology Manager/Director. The position may involve various physical demands and exposure to different environmental factors.
