Lead a Thriving Veterinary Practice

As a Partner & Lead Veterinarian at Livewell, you will have the opportunity to build a strong client-first and collaborative practice culture. You will be responsible for hiring hospital staff, including a hospital manager, veterinary technician, and other support staff, in partnership with SVP's talent acquisition and operational support teams.

You will deliver excellent patient care and ongoing evaluation and management of clinical practices. You will ensure that doctors effectively communicate physical examination findings, diagnosis, and treatment plans, and educate clients on preventative care.

You will maintain client/patient medical/surgical records and keep necessary logs up-to-date. You will monitor associate doctor performance and stay up-to-date with changes in veterinary medicine through continuing education.

You will assist in developing the paraprofessional team to deliver quality care and exceptional client service. You will ensure that all staff treat clients and patients with care and respect.

You will partner with the Hospital Manager in managing hospital financial performance. You will positively represent the hospital in the professional and local community.
