Job Description

This Seasonal Shoveler position is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our company. As a member of our Snow Crew, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and accessibility of our clients' properties during winter months.

Responsibilities

• Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, driveways, and other outdoor areas using manual shovels or snow removal equipment
• Apply salt and other materials as needed to ensure safety
• Collaborate with the Snow Crew to achieve team goals

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds consistently

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $42,000 - $50,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
